Who can use Konvoke?
Konvoke is an open resource for anyone that wants to learn more about hospital pharmacy related technology, products and services.
Anyone can read review on Konvoke however ONLY members can write reviews.

Who can be a Member of Konvoke?
Membership to Konvoke is limited to hospital-based employees.
Membership requires a valid hospital email address.
Vendors cannot become Members of the Konvoke community – therefore vendors can only read reviews, they cannot write them.
Any Member that is identified as not being a hospital-based employee will be removed (along with that Member’s reviews) from the Konvoke website.

Is there a membership fee?
No. Membership to Konvoke is 100% free!

Will my name be displayed with my review?
No. Members are encouraged to create anonymous user names when registering for the Konvoke community.
Only User Names, State and Bed Size Ranges are displayed with Member reviews.
This allows Members to maintain anonymity with their reviews while providing limited demographic information for readers.





Is my hospital affiliation or personal information ever shared?
No. Hospital and personal information is only collected to verify Membership eligibility.
Konvoke will never share the personal information of its Members.

Can vendors read my reviews?
Only members of the Konvoke community can read and write reviews.  Membership is exclusive to healthcare providers. 
Featured vendors on the site however are provided with a user name that identifies their company and provides them with READ-ONLY access.  This ensures that the content on Konvoke is contributed solely by healthcare providers.

Can I edit a review I already wrote?

2. Select Your Account (top right)

3. Select Your Product Reviews


4. Select EDIT on the corresponding review you would like to edit.


What if I have a product I'd like to review that's not on Konvoke?
The goal of Konvoke is to become the most comprehensive resource for product information. We strongly encourage visitors of our site to recommend vendors, products and/or product categories that are not yet on our site.
Visitors and Members can click on the Add a Product/Category link at the bottom of any of the pages, and subsequently fill out the new request form. We ask that you provide as much detail as possible (minimally Vendor Name and Product Name) so we can be sure to find the product you recommend.

How can I contact a member to discuss their review?

3. Member will receive an email notification that they have a message waiting for them on the Konvoke site.
*All communication will be associated to User Names (anonymous) unless members choose to share their contact information.


How do I change my Username / Password?

Where did you get the name Konvoke?
This is probably the most common question that we receive…
We wanted to choose a one-word name that we felt best described the utility of this site, while injecting a bit of creativity as well.
As one of our key objectives is to open up communications to the entire community of hospital-based professionals, we landed on the word “convoke.”
Convoke (con-voke) means to call together, summon or assemble for a meeting.
Unfortunately for us the website www.convoke.com was already in use by an IT consulting firm for internet solutions.
In the spirit of Web 2.0, we changed the “C” to a “K” and KONVOKE was born.
